I have spent over 20 years as a learning and development professional. I love what I do! I wouldn't have done it for this long if I didn't. I started as a corporate trainer, and for over a decade I have been an instructional designer. Over the years, I have also:
Managed training rollouts
Produced training videos
Developed a training-based podcast series
Taught technical proprietary training applications
Conducted new hire trainings
Wrote and developed manuals, job aids, quick reference guides
Designed leadership and soft skill trainings
Developed and executed lunch and learn trainings
Evaluated and mentored new trainers
In addition to someone who is passionate about the profession, I am also someone who is passionate about the work I do. I am someone my teammates can depend on, who sticks to her word and who is committed to meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations. Outside of sleeping, we spend more time at work than anywhere else. We see our coworkers more than our families. Our jobs matter. I am honored to help people learn how to do their jobs more effectively and efficiently.
